Feria
Feria came to us after being let down by humans. She was never touched or interacted with in a positive manner as a puppy. Because of that, she was absolutely terrified, to simply be a dog. While she was in our care she would push herself into the furthest corner when someone entered her kennel and just shake with her head hung low. After months, she still would not let anyone touch her. She let a couple people come close enough to touch her but when they did she looked extremely uncomfortable and terrified the whole time. Thankfully, a loving family decided to take in Feria, knowing she may never come around to them or be a “normal” dog. With their patience and love, Feria—now Carly, is a happy dog who has learned to trust humans.

Chester
What a transformation for this sweet guy!! Some of you might not recall, but this was Chester. Chantal & Vernan with RezRoads went out to rescue him back in July after we received these horrific photos of him in a help request. He was laying amongst trash on the side of the road and could not move after being struck by a vehicle.
One of our intaking partners were able to take him in the following day & provided him the medical care he needed.
From multiple new & old injuries suffering alone to completely healed & absolutely LOVED! So happy for you Chester!
